The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities currently allows Egyptians abroad to reserve Beit Al Watan lands with a number of 2974 plots of land in the tenth phase "residential lands" in 13 cities, and reservations are made through the website dedicated to the project.

 

 

As for the steps to use the site, you must read the brochure and application conditions carefully, and when choosing one of the cities, the following must be taken into account:

 

Browse all the details of the city (general location of the city, general location of the project, details of the plots of land).

 

When determining the plot number, you must first register on the site and an email containing the account registration activation code will be sent, taking into account keeping the password to enter.

 

It must be noted that the passport or national ID number must be valid, as it is evidence of enjoying Egyptian citizenship, and if proven otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.

 

When creating a new account, you will be informed that the new account has been successfully registered. Please check your email to complete the registration process, and the steps to activate your account will be sent to the registered email.

 

After reserving Beit Al Watan lands for Egyptians abroad, the following message appears: “The initial reservation request has been saved and the final reservation of the plot of land will not be made until the down payment amount is transferred as stated in the application terms. Please keep the reservation code to send it with the bank transfer.”
