The Minister of Housing confirmed that the projects that will be presented at the economic conference will be based on a partnership system with the private sector, which will specialize in real estate investment, in addition to presenting utility projects, such as seawater desalination, with the door open to participation with Egyptian, Arab and foreign investors alike. The Minister stressed that several criteria have been set for evaluation, the most important of which are the shortest implementation period and the highest return.
