Major General Walid Al-Baroudi, Chairman of the General Authority for Housing and Building Cooperatives, revealed that the announcement of the launch of new residential apartments will be made during the first quarter of 2025 in 4 cities, through a public lottery system.
The Chairman of the Housing and Building Cooperatives said during his meeting on the "Here is the New Republic" program, on Al-Nahar TV, that the new residential apartments are located in 4 cities: "New Cairo - October - Badr - Tenth of Ramadan", stressing that Cairo apartments are located in a residential building that is the most distinguished in New Cairo.
Major General Walid Al-Baroudi explained that the apartments will be offered through a public lottery system, and include payment facilities, stressing the Authority's success in implementing 4 public auctions on various units during 2024.
