The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities will launch, in the coming hours, the official website and executive steps for the "Your Home in Egypt" initiative, which allows Egyptians abroad to reserve and purchase housing units in 12 distinguished projects within the first phase of the initiative, with exclusive advantages and multiple facilities.
This comes within the framework of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's directives to provide investment opportunities for Egyptians residing abroad, and enhance their benefit from the urban development witnessed by the country over the past ten years, as the first phase of the "Your Home in Egypt" initiative launched by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs, includes the largest and strongest distinctive housing diversity, and the phase includes offering 5055 housing units/villas, including units available for immediate delivery, and other units that will be delivered successively by the end of 2025 at most, so that the offered units take into account different income groups and economic levels.
The initiative includes exclusive and distinctive offers for Egyptians residing abroad, most notably discounts ranging from 3% to 10% of the units' announced market price, in addition to various payment systems of up to 10 years.
The new official website, which will be launched tomorrow, Sunday, also provides an integrated digital experience, as the site includes the ability to visit units remotely through virtual tour technology, allowing users to view unit details, areas, finishes, and different locations before making a booking and purchase decision.
The site also provides all information related to available residential projects, booking conditions, and various easy and fully secure payment options, which vary between bank transfers, transfers via ATMs, and payment by bank cards.
The first phase of the initiative includes the following projects: "Arabesque" in Cairo Governorate, "Capital Residence D2" and "Capital Residence Walkway D2" in the third residential district R3 in the New Administrative Capital, "New Garden City" in the fifth residential district R5 in the New Administrative Capital, "Madinaty" in New Cairo, "Valley Towers East" in New Obour, "Saba" in 6th of October City, "Valley Towers" in October Gardens, "Bliss Gates" in Sheikh Zayed, "Beach Front Towers" in New Alamein, "Latin Quarter" in New Alamein, in addition to the "Zahia" project in New Mansoura City.
In this regard, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, stated that this initiative reflects the Egyptian state's interest in supporting its citizens abroad and facilitating their ownership of residential units inside Egypt, noting that this step comes within Egypt's 2030 vision to enhance urban development and expand the base of real estate investments.
He added: "Through this initiative, we aim to provide housing options that suit all categories of Egyptians abroad, while ensuring an easy and safe online booking experience, and providing them with exclusive benefits, reflecting the political leadership's keenness to meet their aspirations and strengthen their connection to their homeland."
He stressed that launching the first phase of the "Your Home in Egypt" initiative is a step within a series of steps that include multiple subsequent offerings, aiming to meet the different requirements of diverse segments of Egyptians abroad.
