Janat Misr Apartments, The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities is preparing to announce soon the date of the draw for the "Jannat Misr" apartments, which was launched at the end of 2024 with areas ranging between 100 and 150 square meters.
The ministry will send text messages to those who have reserved in various cities, to determine the date of the draw for each city separately.
According to official statements, the draw is scheduled to take place during February 2025, where the winners will be announced according to the mechanisms specified by the Ministry of Housing.
The Ministry of Housing announced a flexible payment system that provides winners with multiple options, where payment is made according to the following steps:
Payment of a reservation advance of 100 thousand pounds.
Completion of 25% of the unit price after announcing the names of the winners.
If the winner wishes to receive the unit immediately, an additional 10% of its value is paid.
Installment of the remaining amount according to 3 payment systems:

6 October: 223 units with areas from 100 to 150 square meters.
New Damietta: 150 units with areas from 100 to 150 square meters.
