The New Urban Communities Authority announced the names of the winners of the Jannah Project lottery, as part of the Egyptian government's efforts to provide housing units for citizens through social housing projects, the most prominent of which is the Masakin Misr 2025 lottery, which provides the opportunity to obtain residential apartments in new cities such as 6th of October City and New Cairo.
Today, Monday, February 24, a public lottery was held for the names of the winners of the Jannah Project lottery. Many are looking for the names of the winners of the Jannah Misr project and how to obtain them.
The New Urban Communities Authority, responsible for managing the Jannah Misr lottery, has determined that the public selection process for the winners has already begun and will continue until February 26, 2025, according to the following schedule:-
Today, Monday, February 24, 2025: Announcing the names of the winners of Jannah units in 6th of October.
Tuesday, February 25, 2025: Announcement of the names of the winners of Jannah Apartments in New Cairo.
The applicant for the Masakin Misr 2025 housing units project who wants to know the results of the Jannah 6 October or New Cairo draw can check the names of the winners through the official website of the New Urban Communities Authority, by following the following steps:
- Log in to the New Urban Communities Authority website from the dedicated link (click here).
- Select the draw results from the main menu (Jannat Misr 2025).
- Click on (Gentlemen with disabilities) if the applicant is one of them.
- Click on (Gentlemen customers) for ordinary citizens.
- Choose between ground, repeated or final residential units.
- Choose the most distinguished lands - the sixth district, the eastern expansion area.
- Then download the draw result with the names of the winners of the Jannah Project
The Jannah October 2025 project is considered one of the best housing programs launched by the Ministry of Social Housing, as it provides housing units with installment payment facilities over long periods for middle-income citizens who wish to obtain luxury housing.
