The consolidated financial statements of the United Housing and Development Company revealed that the company’s profits increased by 110.2% during the first quarter of this year.

 

The company explained in a statement to the stock exchange today that it achieved profits amounting to 12.3 million pounds during the period from January until the end of March 2024, compared to profits amounting to 5.85 million pounds in the comparative period of 2023.

The company's sales increased during the first quarter of this year to 138.99 million pounds, compared to sales amounting to 39.18 million pounds in the comparative quarter of 2023.

 

The company recorded independent profits of about 11.36 million pounds during the period from January to the end of last March, compared to profits amounting to 3.04 million pounds in the first quarter of 2023.

 

Cairo Housing and Development previously recorded a net profit of 14 million pounds from the beginning of January until the end of September 2023, compared to 83.25 million pounds in profits during the same period last year.
