Sodic, the leading real estate development company in Egypt, announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Marriott International to launch the “Tribute Portfolio” brand, affiliated with the Marriott International Group, in two Sodic projects in West Cairo and the North Coast, bringing the two hotels to the list of international hotels that carry the Tribute Portfolio brand. Independent, which is characterized by its unique designs and providing an exceptional hotel experience.
Under the partnership, the Tribute Portfolio Hotel will be opened in the Forty West project, being one of SODIC’s distinctive projects in the West Cairo area, during the year 2027. The hotel will include 170 rooms, including 48 suites, in addition to providing many unique and diverse experiences for restaurants and entertainment facilities. The hotel is located in the heart of the Sodic West project, which is close to the new Sphinx Airport and minutes away from the most famous archaeological and heritage landmarks, including the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids of Giza.
The second Tribute Portfolio Hotel is scheduled to open in the June project in Ras El Hikma on the North Coast in 2029, and its design is inspired by the beaches of the American city of Miami. The hotel will provide residents and visitors with a sandy beach and clear sea water, in addition to a wide range of entertainment. The project also includes a number of residential villas and hotel apartments, in addition to 180 rooms and a variety of restaurants and entertainment facilities.
