The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Urban Communities Authority, continues to offer a package of commercial, administrative and professional units for sale at public auction in a number of new cities.

 

This comes within the framework of meeting the needs of developing new cities, increasing their reconstruction and citizen occupancy rates, and providing various services to residents of new cities.

 

In the new city of Burj Al Arab, the Ministry is offering 14 commercial stores and a pharmacy with areas ranging from (15 m2: 77 m2) in the third, fourth and seventh residential neighborhoods, for sale in a public auction session that will be held on Sunday, 8/18/2024.
