Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, confirmed that the units offered in the "Your Home in Egypt" initiative were designed according to the latest modern standards and green sustainability, while providing all facilities and services to ensure a decent and stable life for Egyptians abroad.

During a press conference broadcast by "Extra News" channel to announce the launch of the initiative's website, El-Sherbiny explained that the units are available in fourth-generation cities, such as the New Administrative Capital, New Alamein, and New Mansoura, in addition to existing cities that enjoy high competitiveness, such as Cairo, October, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, and New Obour.

The minister indicated that the units will be delivered immediately or by 2025 at the latest, with the provision of an unprecedented package of facilities, including discounts ranging from 3% to 10% of local market prices, in addition to flexible payment systems that extend up to 10 years, making the initiative an ideal investment and residential opportunity for Egyptians abroad.
