Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, announced the delivery of a new batch of units of the Jannah project in New Cairo, with 33 buildings, totaling (792) housing units for all phases (for the Jannah project in the South Associations Land area in New Cairo), starting from Sunday 8/18/2024 until Tuesday 10/1/2024.

 

Eng. Abdel Raouf El-Gheity, Chairman of the New Cairo City Development Authority, explained that the units of Building No. 322 will be delivered on Sunday 8/18/2024, the units of Building No. 324 on Monday 8/19/2024, the units of Building No. 325 on Tuesday 8/20/2024, the units of Building No. 326 on Wednesday 8/21/2024, the units of Building No. 327 on Sunday 8/25/2024, the units of Building No. 328 on Monday 8/26/2024, the units of Building No. 329 on Tuesday 8/27/2024, the units of Building No. 330 on Wednesday 8/28/2024, and the units of Building No. 331 on Thursday 8/29/2024.

 

The head of the New Cairo City Development Authority added that the units of Building No. 332 will be delivered on Sunday 9/1/2024, the units of Building No. 333 on Monday 9/2/2024, the units of Building No. 334 on Tuesday 9/3/2024, the units of Building No. 335 on Wednesday 9/4/2024, the units of Building No. 336 on Thursday 9/5/2024, the units of Building No. 337 on Sunday 9/8/2024, the units of Building No. 338 on Monday 9/9/2024, the units of Building No. 339 on Tuesday 9/10/2024, the units of Building No. 340 on Wednesday 9/11/2024, and the units of Building No. 341 on Thursday 9/12/2024.

 

Eng. Abdel Raouf El-Gheity pointed out that the units of Building No. 342 will be delivered on Sunday 9/15/2024, the units of Building No. 343 on Monday 9/16/2024, the units of Building No. 344 on Tuesday 9/17/2024, the units of Building No. 345 on Wednesday 9/18/2024, the units of Building No. 346 on Thursday 9/19/2024, the units of Building No. 347 on Sunday 9/22/2024, the units of Building No. 348 on Monday 9/23/2024, the units of Building No. 349 on Tuesday 9/24/2024, the units of Building No. 350 on Wednesday 9/25/2024, the units of Building No. 351 on Thursday 9/26/2024, and the units of Building No. 352 on Sunday 9/22/2024. Sunday 9/29/2024, and units of building No. 353, on Monday 9/30/2024, and units of building No. 354, on Tuesday 10/1/2024.

 

The head of the New Cairo City Authority said that the customer who wins the unit must go to the Housing and Construction Bank (Rehab Branch) to complete the bank procedures, then go with the bank's letter to the Citizens Service Office at the Authority's headquarters in the city center behind the water station in the southern ninety, with a copy of the signed checks, in order to record the data in the device, and receive a letter to the site to inspect and receive the unit.
