The Ministry of Housing has decided to increase the number of residential units available for reservation in the "Valley Towers" project in October Gardens City, to become 2406 units ready for immediate delivery instead of 984 units, and with the same conditions announced in the previous announcement.

 

The application continues until August 29, and the unit areas range between "95 m2: 100 m2".

 

The "Valley Towers" project is in a distinguished location in October Gardens City, on the Oasis Road and near the Egyptian Museum, and directly overlooks the pyramids. The offering comes within the framework of the state's efforts, represented by the Ministry of Housing and its various entities, to provide residential units of various types to meet the desires of various segments of society to obtain suitable residential units.

We review the apartment payment systems as follows:

 

- Paying a reservation deposit of 150 thousand pounds, in addition to 1000 pounds for study expenses in one indivisible payment.

 

- Completing the payment of 20% in addition to (1% administrative expenses + 0.5% for the Board of Trustees) of the total unit price, within one month from the date of completion of the manual public draw procedures.

 

- Payment of 10% of the total unit price upon receipt, and payment of the maintenance deposit according to the terms booklet.

 

- Payment of the remaining unit price (70%) in equal quarterly installments for a maximum of 7 years, bearing interest on the debit balance, equivalent to the interest rate announced by the Central Bank of Egypt at the time of offering, in addition to (2% according to the instructions of the Ministry of Finance + 0.5% collection expenses).

 

- The first installment is due after 3 months from the date of receiving the unit, with the submission of post-dated checks with the installments before receipt.

 

- In the event that the citizen wishes to pay the full price, or pay an advance portion of the remaining unit price (early payment) exceeding the required 30% and its specified timing, the schedule will be recalculated on the debit balance according to the financial and accounting rules and regulations, while adhering to the interest rate announced by the Central Bank of Egypt at the time of offering.
