The Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Fund announced the temporary suspension of the sale of the terms and conditions booklet for the apartments of the "Housing for All Egyptians 5" project until Tuesday, December 3, 2024, to give pensioners the full opportunity to receive their pensions easily and conveniently.

 

 

The Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Fund explained in a post on its official Facebook page that the process of selling the terms and conditions booklets for social housing apartments, within the fifth phase of the presidential initiative "Housing for All Egyptians", will resume again next Wednesday, corresponding to December 4.

 

Its value is 300 pounds in addition to administrative expenses

 

According to what was officially announced by the Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Fund, the terms and conditions booklet for the "Housing for All Egyptians 5" apartments can be purchased from all post offices spread across the new cities and governorates included in the offering, and its value is 300 pounds, in addition to administrative expenses.

 

 

The Social Housing Fund explained that the advance payment for reserving the "Housing for All Egyptians 5" apartments inside the new cities is 30 thousand pounds, and 20 thousand pounds for the apartment offered inside the governorates.
