Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund, revealed new details regarding the announcement of "Housing for All Egyptians 5".

 

 

She confirmed during a phone call on the "Hadrat Al-Mowaten" program on "Al-Hadath Al-Youm" channel, that the offering of the conditions booklets will continue until December 24, 2024, noting the great demand as about 90,000 booklets were sold during the first day alone.

 

 

"Abdel Hamid" explained that purchasing the conditions booklet or electronic registration does not affect the priority of obtaining units, as priorities were previously determined for the target groups.

 

Priority categories for housing units:

 

- Married people with dependents.
- Widows/divorces with dependents.
- Married people without dependents.
- Single, including divorced/widowers with no dependents.
