The date of launching rental apartments 2025 is one of the questions that a large segment of citizens, especially those with limited incomes, are looking for.
The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities is preparing to launch rental apartments in a number of different cities and governorates during the coming period.
The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities is scheduled to launch rental apartments after announcing the results of applicants for the reservation of Sakan Lel Kol El Masryeen 5 apartments, which were recently completed.
A large number of citizens, especially those with limited incomes, are waiting for the launch of rental apartments, which provide fully finished residential units with facilities at a symbolic rent, provided that at the end of the period, it is possible to own the residential unit according to the conditions in force at the Social Housing Fund and Real Estate Finance Support.
According to officials at the Ministry of Housing, the monthly installment for rent-to-own apartments is scheduled to start at EGP 1,000 for units with an area of 75 square meters and consisting of two rooms, a hall, a bathroom and a kitchen, while the monthly installment for rent-to-own apartments with an area of 90 square meters and consisting of 3 rooms, a hall, a bathroom and a kitchen starts from EGP 1,300 to EGP 1,500.
The value of the rental installment for rent-to-own apartments depends on two factors, the first is the area or city in which the rent-to-own apartments are located, and the second is the monthly income of the beneficiary of the rent-to-own apartments.
Among the most prominent conditions for obtaining a residential apartment within the rent-to-own apartments expected to be offered are the following:
1- The person wishing to benefit from the rent-to-own apartments must be of Egyptian nationality.
2- The age of the person wishing to benefit from the rent-to-own apartments must not be less than 21 years.
3- The person wishing to benefit from the rent-to-own apartments must not have benefited from housing apartments before.
4- The person wishing to benefit from the rental apartments must not own a residential unit or a house.
5- The person wishing to benefit from the rental apartments must not have benefited from the real estate financing initiatives previously offered by Egyptian banks.
As for the documents required to reserve the rental apartments expected to be offered during the coming period, they include the following:
1- Submit a copy of the national ID card.
2- Submit birth certificates for children.
3- Submit a marriage certificate for married couples.
4- Submit a receipt for payment of the reservation advance.
5- Submit a receipt for registration expenses.
6- Submit the wife's salary details, if any.
7- Submit a document proving income, and the mentioned income is the net monthly income.
