The Ministry of Housing is currently preparing to set a date for the public draw for the units of Dar Misr, Sakan Misr and Janna projects, which were launched at the end of 2024, as text messages are scheduled to be sent to applicants for housing units in various cities, including the date of the draw according to each city.

 

 

According to the information provided by Aqaria, the public draw for these units will be held next February, whether for Sakan Misr units, whose areas range from 105 to 118 square meters, and Da Misr with areas starting from 100 to 150 meters, and the Janna project with its units whose areas range from 100 to 150 square meters.

 

 

The latest offering included units in the ministry’s three projects for middle-income and high-income groups in New Cairo, 6th of October, and a number of other new cities, which include fully finished units ready for delivery. The Ministry of Housing has specified that the reservation down payment be paid in addition to completing 25% of the unit price after announcing the winners. If the winner wishes to receive the unit, this requires paying 10%, while the remaining value of the unit price is paid in 3 payment systems: the first over 3 years with bank charges, the second over 5 years, and the third over 7 years.
