The Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority, warned against dealing with the lands of the New Obour City from companies that have not reconciled the conditions of their lands.
The authority stressed that it would not deal with city lands, as the status of any company’s lands in the city had not been legalized to date, and no plan had been approved for any remaining areas for any company to sell and divide lands.
The New Obour City Authority announced the names of a new batch of citizens, whose lands in the Al Amal area of the city were approved for regularization.
The agency appealed to citizens to review the agency to complete the procedures and payment, knowing that the person concerned will be dealt with in his capacity, and the necessary declarations will be signed, starting from June 26 of this month.
The New Obour City Authority has specified the documents required to complete the procedures to rectify the situation, and they are as follows:
- The original initial sales contract previously submitted with the application and the chain of ownership documents.
- A copy of the identity card and the original for review.
- The original delivery receipt for the application issued by the mail (in case the original is lost, a certificate must be submitted from the mail stating that the application was submitted on time).
- An accepted check or bank check in the name of the New Obour City Authority representing the value of the advance payment under the account for the prescribed bonuses.
Engineer Ahmed Ali confirmed that there is a large demand from legalization clients whose applications for regularization of their land areas have been accepted, in order to complete the announced legalization procedures in terms of reviewing the original documents to pay the required amounts under the account of changing activity and the cost of facilities.
